Plaintiff/Karam Singh has filed the present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution assailing the judgment dated 20.8.2011 (P7) whereby the appellate court in appeal by the Gram Panchayat has set aside the order dated 21.1.2010 (P5) granting injunction in favour of the plaintiff.
At the time of arguments learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present revision petition with permission to file a fresh one with correct particulars.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
