Plaintiff/petitioner in the present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution has assailed the order dated 4.3.2011 (P1) whereby his application for submitting additional affidavit of PW8 Jaswant Singh was dismissed on the premise that the examination-inchief of PW8 was tendered and he had been offered for crossexamination.
At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff prays for withdrawal of the revision petition with permission to seek his alternative remedy, if so advised, in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
