Plaintiff-petitioner had filed the present revision petition challenging the order dated 22.2.2007 passed by the learned trial Court declining interim injunction on his application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 C:C as also the appellate order dated 26.11.2009 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Kapurthala whereby appeal filed against the order dated 22.2.2007 was dismissed.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present revision petition has become infructuous since during the pendency of the present petition, the suit filed by the plaintiff-petitioner has been decreed vide judgment and decree dated 28.10.2010.
Dismissed as infructuous.
