After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and going through the record, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representations (Anneuxre P-6), moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
