The present revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 13.1.2010 whereby the petitioner was directed to pay the court fee on the market value of the suit property.
A perusal of the impugned order shows that the plaintiff petitioner himself admitted that he is ready to affix the court fee on the market value of the suit property and, therefore, sought an adjournment for affixing the court fee. Thus, I find no illegality and impropriety in the impugned order passed by the trial Court. Therefore, no interference is called for in the impugned order. Hence, the present petition being not maintainable is hereby dismissed.
