Vide the order dated 30.3.2011, this Court appointed Sh. B.S. Mehandiratta, former District and Sessions Judge as the Arbitrator. However, Mr. Mehandiratta has expressed its inability to act as an Abitrator.
In view of the said fact, Mr. R.P.Bajaj, District Judge (Retd.), resident of H.No.5460, Sector–38, Chandigarh is appointed as an Arbitrator with the same terms and conditions as are mentioned in the order dated 30.3.2011.
