Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the claim of the appellant would be satisfied on payment of Rs.6,000/- more by the Insurance Company to the appellant in a month.
Accordingly, in terms of the settlement between the parties, the present appeal is disposed of with a direction that the Insurance Company shall pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- to the appellant on or before 31.05.2010. In case of failure, the appellant shall be entitled to recover interest @ 6% from today.
