By this order, we propose to dispose of CWP No. 484 of 1988 titled as The Sonepat Improvement Trust, Sonepat vs. The State of Haryana and others and CWP No. 515 of 1988 titled as The Sonepat Improvement Trust, Sonepat vs. The State of Haryana and others. For
CWP No. 484 of 1988 and another connected matter 2
convenience, the facts are being taken from CWP No. 484 of 1988.
Improvement Trust has filed these writ petitions to lay challenge to an Award passed by the Tribunal, constituted under the Improvement Trust Act at Sonepat dated 15.06.1985.
Counsel for respondents No. 7, 12, 14, 20 and 21 has brought to our notice a copy of the judgment passed by a Single Bench of this Court reported in 1988 LACC 475 titled as Sheela Wanti and others vs. Tribunal, Improvement Trust, Sonepat and others, to state that the above-said Award was upheld by this Court and the compensation was further enhanced vide judgment dated 11.01.1988. The petitionerImprovement Trust went in appeal and the Latters Patent Appeal was dismissed on 27.04.1988. It is further brought to our notice that Special Leave Petition was also dismissed on 12.10.1988.
In view of the above, these writ petitions fail and are
dismissed.
