The petitioner has filed this writ petition for quashing the order dated 16.7.2010 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.2, whereby the provisional affiliation of the petitioner-College has been withheld and accordingly the petitioner-College is debarred from making admission for B.Ed. (Regular) Course for the Session 20102011. Petitioner claims that this has been done on baseless grounds. The petitioner-College had earlier filed Civil Writ Petition No.10955 of 2010, which came up for hearing and was dismissed by this court on 30.6.2010. Prayer made in that writ petition was for directing the respondent-Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra for allowing the students admitted in the petitioner-Institution to appear in B.Ed. Examination, which was to commence w.e.f. 1.7.2010. On the basis of record, it was found that earlier a dispute is going on between the persons, who are fighting for management of the petitioner-College. It is also noticed that different persons had granted admission to different students and had even shifted the place of the College by opening a new College. There is also a civil suit going on between some members of the Management and as a result, one year study of the students has gone waste. While dismissing Civil Writ Petition No.10955 of 2010, this court has given liberty to the students to approach any forum to seek compensation from the College as well
