Moreover, this Hon'ble Court while adjudicating CWP No. 18141 of 2007 titled as Gurdev Sing Gill versus State of Punjab has held that the present petition is rendered in fructuous on the same ground that the petitioner is Senior Most from amongst the State Cadre in District Bathinda.”
