Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that Section 366 IPC has also been added. 2. File has been returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner to make appropriate correction under his initials. 3. This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.62 dated 29.5.2009 under Sections 363, 364, 366, 376, 342, 506, 34

IPC registered with Police Station, Ghall Khurd, District Ferozepur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in deference to Order dated 14.5.2010, the petitioner has put in appearance before the Trial Court and an assurance has been given on behalf of the petitioner that he shall continue to appear before the Trial Court during the course of trial.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed. The petitioner shall be required to furnish fresh bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
