The petitioner, who is undergoing imprisonment for life in case FIR No. 21 dated 20.2.2008 under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Odhan, District Sirsa and is now confined in District Jail, Sirsa, has filed this petition for grant of parole on medical ground. He has filed this petition without filing an application for grant of parole before the jail authorities.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to first move before the authorities, for the grant of parole.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
