Only grievance of the petitioners in the instant case is that they are being threatened by respondents No.4 to 6 as they are prosecution witnesses in trial pending pursuant to FIR No.93 dated 16.5.2009 under sections 302/148/149/427 IPC registered at police station Jhakhal.
Learned counsel submits that he shall be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to examine the matter and take appropriate decision thereon.
Under the circumstances, it is directed that respondent No.2 may look into the matter and take appropriate steps if circumstances so warrant.
Disposed of.
