This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C for setting aside the order dated 11.08.2010 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur in a Revision Petition filed by the present petitioner against an order framing charges against her in FIR No.80 dated 24.08.2009 got registered at Police Station Sangrur by the complainant under Sections 498-A, 323 and 406 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh one on the same cause of action as there are typographical errors.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
