This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner under Sections 326, 382, 506, 451, 379, 323 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Canal Colony, Bathinda, District Bathinda, vide FIR No.70 dated 10th September, 2010.
Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to order dated November 03, 2010, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated November 03, 2010 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged by Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed in aforesaid terms.
