This is a petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.67 dated 02.07.2010 under Sections 307/341/326/324/323/148 and 149 of IPC registered at Police Station Cantt. Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.
Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from HC Baldev Raj, states that the injury attributed to the petitioner is simple in nature. The co-accused of the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 06.10.2010.
