The petitioner has preferred this petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for quashing the denial of appointment on compassionate grounds vide letter dated 19/21/22.12.1988 and directing the respondents to appoint her as clerk or to any other suitable post.
Father of the petitioner was found missing since 13.02.1981 and after seven years i.e. on 13.02.1988, he could be presumed to be dead. This petition was filed after nine years. Since he went missing. Anyway in the absence of any compassion shown by her enabling her to appoint on any post, the plea could not be accepted.
Dismissed.
