This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. For grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.72 dated 26.10.2009 under section 323, 328, 452, 294, 34 of Indian Penal Code and 307 IPC added later on, registered at Police Station Babain, District Kurukshetra.
It is not disputed that the petitioner was found innocent during investigation. Thereafter, she was summoned under section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is also not disputed that there is no medico legal report. The petitioner in pursuance to the order dated 25.08.2010 passed by

this Court has since appeared before the trial Court and has been admitted to bail
Accordingly, the order dated 25.08.2010 passed by this Court is
made absolute.
