This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 18 dated 16.03.2010, under Sections 307, 395, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of Arms Act, registered at Sherpur, District Sangrur.
It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that neither any injury is attributed to the present petitioner nor any recovery has been effected from him. It is further stated that the matter has been compromised. Bail to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
