This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.328 dated 12.11.2009 under Sections 302, 201, 394 and 420 IPC registered at Police Station Sector 10-A, Gurgaon District Gurgaon.
It is stated that only material witness Mohit has been examined and he has not supported the case of prosecution. It is a case of circumstantial evidence. Accordingly, no ground for bail is made out.
Dismissed.
However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
