At his stage, Shri Sanjeev Sharma, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent. He submits that this transfer petition is only a dillydallying tactics on the part of the petitioner. He also submits that he would not have any objection if this revision petition is allowed and the execution proceedings is transferred to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ludhiana, but the said Court may be directed to conclude execution proceedings in a time frame.

Court to decide the execution proceedings in a time frame. In view thereof, without observing anything on merits of the case, this revision petition is allowed, impugned order dated 17.08.2010 (Annexure P-3) is set aside and the execution petition pending before Shri B.K.Sharma, Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Khanna is directed to be transferred forthwith to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ludhiana, which shall be allotted by the District Judge, Ludhiana, who is further directed to decide the same within a period of one month thereafter.
