Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short 'Cr.P.C.') for quashing the FIR No.148 dated 20.6.2009, under Sections 363, 366-A, I.P.C. (Section 376 added later on), Police Station Jagraon, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-I) and all proceedings taken in pursuance thereof against the petitioner on the basis of statements (Annexures P-2 to P-5)
Replies filed by respondent No. 2, 3 & 4 are taken on record wherein they have stated that they have no objection if the FIR in question is ordered to be quashed.
Learned State counsel assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Jaspal Singh has submitted that cancellation report has been prepared on10.08.2010 and the same will be submitted before the Court within 15 days.
Hence, no further interference of this Court is called for. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
