This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 59 dated 30.04.2010 under Sections 406, 498-A of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Islamabad, District Amritsar City.

Both the parties are present in Court today.

Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the matter has been compromised. As per the compromise, Rs.2,00,000/- have to be handed over to the complainant at the time of hearing of the present petition, Rs.2,00,000/- shall be handed over at the time of quashing of the

FIR and Rs.3,00,000/- shall be handed at the time of passing of the final order in a petition filed under Section 134-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in CRM M 21245 of 2010 has handed over a bank draft bearing No. 442369 dated 01.12.2010, issued by the Bank of Maharashtra for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-to the complainant in Court today. A Photocopy of the said bank draft is also placed on the record in CRM M 21245 of 2010. Moreover, jewellry has also been handed over and received by the complainant in the Court itself.
