The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 184 dated 02.07.2010 registered under Sections 323, 406 & 498-A IPC at Police Station DLF, Phase-II, Gurgaon.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Bal Krishan, who is present in court submits that a cancellation report has been prepared in this case which is likely to be submitted before the competent court of jurisdiction shortly.
In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh one in case any cause of action survives.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
