The present petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.125 dated 18.10.2009 registered under Sections 302/34 IPC and 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act,1959 at Police Station Lambi, District, Amritsar.
It is stated that in pursuance to the order dated 30.6.2010, the petitioner has since appeared before the trial Court and has been released on bail.
Accordingly, order dated 30.6.2010 is made absolute and the
petition is allowed as such.
