This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 193 dated 15.05.2009 under Sections 395, 399, 402 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 25, 27, 54, 59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar.
It is stated by the learned State counsel that only official witnesses are left to be examined.
Taking into account the offence and the stage of the case, no ground for grant of regular bail is made out.
Dismissed.
However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial within
four months.
