The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.9 dated 2.2.2010 registered under Sections 452/336/323/148/149 IPC and Section 25/27 of Arms Act at Police Station Mamdot, District Ferozepur.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State on instructions from ASI Gurvinder Singh states that the present petitioners have since joined the investigation.
Accordingly, order dated 13.7.2010 is made absolute and the
petition is allowed as such.
