As per the allegation in the FIR, accused Raman Kumar applied for housing loan on the basis of fictitious sale deed which was allegedly executed by Surinder Kaur in favour of Raman Kumar. On investigation, it came to light that some body else has impersonated in place of original Surinder Kaur as the photograph of the impersonator is not the same as the original Surinder Kaur. It is, therefore, apparent that the matter needs investigation and the concession of anticipatory bail may scuttle the same at this stage. The present petitioner identified the lady who impersonated as Surinder Kaur.
