Case file shows that in this case notice of motion was issued on 27.5.2010. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned to 22.7.2010 as well as 27.8.2010. However, no one was present on behalf of the petitioner on these dates. Situation remains the same today. Further, as per the office report, which indicates that notice could not be issued due to non filing of process fee. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
Dismissed for non prosecution.
