This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 13 dated 21.05.2010 under Sections 307/336/323/34/295 IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act at Police Station Kulgarhi District Ferozepur.
Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Karnail Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated 08.06.2010, the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed. The petitioners are granted the concession of anticipatory bail subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
