Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all his pleas before the trial court at an appropriate stage. He has, however, prayed that personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial court may be exempted.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case an application is moved before the trial court for exemption from personal appearance of the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law. The trial court may exempt the personal appearance of the petitioner on such terms and conditions as it deems necessary. The petitioner may be
