Learned State counsel submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the police has prepared a cancellation report. He has filed an affidavit of Waryam Singh, Inspector/SHO, P.S. Raikot, Ludhiana (Rural) in this regard. The same is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to controvert this factual submission.
In view of above, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
