Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.34 dated 07.05.2010, under Sections 420/465/471 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur.
On 20.05.2010, the following order was passed by this Court:-
"List again on 8.7.2010.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the petitioner
be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. He shall abide by the provisions of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.”.

Learned State Counsel has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation. Learned State Counsel and learned counsel for the complainant have opposed the petition.
Keeping in view the fact that the case rests on documentary evidence and the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation, interim bail granted by this Court, vide order dated 27.05.2010 is made absolute.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
