Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.20 dated 02.03.2010, under Sections 408,465,467,468,471,120-B of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Koth Bhai.
At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 23.04.2010, the following order was passed by this Court:-
"Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was not working as a Manager in the alleged Branch on the date of encashment of the cheque in question. The amount in question has already been returned by Bachittar Singh, employee of the Society.
Notice of motion for 24.05.2010.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the petitioner

be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. He shall abide by the provisions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."
Learned State counsel, who is assisted by ASI Jagtar Singh, has submitted that during investigation, petitioner has been found innocent and is no longer required in this case.
Accordingly, this petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed
of as such.
