Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of pre-arrest bail in case FIR No.69 dated 25.3.2010, under Sections 379,511,188,205,34,120-B of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Badhra, District- Bhiwani.
On 27.5.2010, the following order was passed by this Court :-
"Ms. Shubhra Singh, DAG, Haryana
accepts notice of the application on behalf of the respondent.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the petitioners be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. They shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Application stands disposed of..”

Learned State Counsel, who is assisted by ASI Om Parkash, has submitted that in terms of the above order the petitioners have joined investigation.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail granted by this Court on 27.5.2010 is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
