The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the complaint No.102A dated 25.1.2010 (P-1) and order of summoning dated 25.1.2010 (P-2).
Written request for an adjournment has been filed by learned counsel for the respondent. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he was not informed of the said written request. However, he has fairly stated that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the requisite pleas before the trial Court. He also prays that the trial Court may be directed to decide the complaint expeditiously.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
