At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has stated that as a criminal case has already been registered against respondent No.3 and he has already been released on bail by this Court by virtue of Crl. Misc. No. M-11280 of 2010, therefore, this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has becomes infructuous.
Learned counsel for petitioners has acknowledged the factual position in this regard.
In this view of the matter, the present petition becomes infructuous, which is hereby dismissed as such.
