This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.117 dated 12.3.2010 under Section 304-B IPC registered with Police Station, Civil Lines, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn on behalf of the petitioner, he being the husband of deceased (Saina Sachar).

Crl. Misc. No. M-12550 of 2010 [2]

It has been contended that the petitioner (husband) would surrender within 10 days to give assistance to the Investigating Agency.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
