Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.03 dated 17.01.2010, under Sections 420,506 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Jourkian.
On 19.05.2010, the following order was passed by this Court:-
"List again on 9.7.2010.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the petitioners be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. They shall abide by the provisions of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.”.
Learned State Counsel, who is assisted by ASI Gurjant Singh, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioners have joined the

investigation and are not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, the interim bail granted by this Court, vide order
dated 19.05.2010 is made absolute.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
