Learned counsel for the petitioners states that trial Court be directed to decide the Civil Suit No. 573 dated 8.11.2006 titled as Gurmail Singh vs. Tejbir Singh and others within such time as fixed by this Court.
Without going into merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with the request to learned trial Court to expedite the hearing of the above mentioned Civil Suit and to decide it preferably within a year from the date certified copy of this order is placed before the trial Court.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
