Petitioner Rakesh Kumar who is also present in person today in Court, has paid in Court cash amount of Rs 70,000/- to Sawinder Singh alias Pinki respondent no. 3 who has accepted it as attorney of respondent no. 1 Joginder Kaur and has been identified by counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the balance amount of Rs 59,200/- including rent upto September, 2010 shall be paid by the petitioner to respondent no. 1 in the trial court on 20.10.2010, the date fixed there. On payment of the said amount, there shall be temporary injunction restraining respondents from dispossessing the plaintiffpetitioner from the disputed property during the pendency of the suit. However, if the petitioner failed to pay the said amount as aforesaid, the instant revision petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed.

If the petitioner makes statement in the trial court undertaking to continue to pay the rent amount of Rs 8000/- per month, the suit itself may be disposed of on the undertaking of the respondents that they shall not dispossess the petitioner-plaintiff from the disputed shop except in due course of law. This observation has been made on the submission of counsel for the parties. The revision petition stands disposed of accordingly in view of settlement effected between the parties.
