Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, in terms of the order passed by this court in Criminal Contempt No. 1 of 2010 on 29.7.2010, the respondent has handed over vacant physical possession of the property in dispute to the petitioners and in view of this development he does not wish to pursue the present petition.
Dismissed as not pressed.
