Learned Counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file execution before the Executing Court. He further states that after disobedience of the permanent injunction appropriate remedy is not available under Order 39 Rule 2A C.P.C., which was wrongly invoked by wrong legal advice.
In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to seek execution of the decree in accordance with law.
