Learned State counsel submits that the present appeal is squarely covered by the judgement rendered by this Court in RFA No. 3709 of 2001 , titled as ' State of Haryana and another v. Surat Singh and others' , decided on 16.09.2008. He further agrees that LPA No. 2775 of 2001 titled as ' Tek Chand and others v State of Haryana and others, ' filed in the connected cases, has since been decided on 12.10.2007.
Learned State Counsel prays that this appeal be also disposed off in the same terms as in aforesaid LPA.
In view of the above, the present appeal is, therefore, disposed off in the same terms as in LPA No. 2775 of 2001, referred to above.
