Learned counsel for the parties agree that the matter is covered by judgment of this Court rendered in RFA No. 2340 of 1998 decided on 24.9.2008 and is applicable only to the extent of compensation granted towards acquisition of the land only.
Accordingly, the present R.F.A. is allowed being covered by the judgment rendered in RFA No. 2340 of 1998. The value of the land is determined at Rs. 9,85,000/- per acre. The land owners shall also be entitled to all statutory benefits available under the Act.
