It has been stated on behalf of the respondents that order sought to be implemented was challenged before the Revisional Authority i.e. Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana, Cooperation Department, Chandigarh, in Appeal & Revision No.28 of 2009 and the Revisional Authority has already admitted the revision and ordered the stay of order impugned. Since the matter is pending before the Revisional Authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to contest the case before the Authority aforesaid.
Prayer is allowed.
Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty
aforesaid.
