It is not in dispute that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 08.04.1997 passed in CWP No.13697 of 1996 (Rajesh Kumar Vs. Haryana State Cooperative Land Development Bank Ltd.), wherein the following observations have been made:-
“Resultantly, the impugned decision of the Board of Directors to annul the selection and appointment of the petitioners is set aside. Since the petitiones have continued in service on account of the interim orders passed by the Motion Bench, the necessity for passing any consequential orders is obviated. However, the petitioners would be entitled their costs. The records which are in the custody of this Court Reader, Mr. M.S. Gill, shall be entrusted to

The aforesaid observations are fully applicable to the present case. The petitioner shall be entitled to the relief as indicated above. Let the appropriate relief be granted within a period of three months. No costs.
