After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer only to the extent that the petitioner be allowed to make a representation to the respondent Corporation for grant of financial assistance in terms of its Policy decision. In view of this limited prayer, if any such representation is made by the petitioner within one month from today, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law and instructions of the respondent Corporation, preferably within a period of three months.
Disposed of accordingly.
