During the course of hearing, counsel for both the parties have submitted that this writ petition be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the case of promotion of the petitioners on the post of SDE, in accordance with law, within a period of three months. It has also been agreed that if the petitioners make a representation, putting forward their claim for promotion, the same will be considered, while considering their claim for promotion.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
