The petitioner has filed an application (CM No. 13741 of 2009) for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, raised in this petition, in the pending departmental proceedings. This application is duly supported by an affidavit of the petitioner.
For the reasons stated in the application, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition, in the pending departmental proceedings.
Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the
aforesaid liberty.
